(1) The second, published in Chiropractic & Manual Therapies, followed patients for a full year and confirmed that these wide-reaching benefits were real, lasting, and still measurable at both three months and twelve months out. (2) The soldiers and service members in these studies faced powerful physical demands and chronic stress — but their battles with back pain, sleepless nights, and bone-deep exhaustion will sound all too familiar to many of us.
