- ONLY 2% of chiropractors are Certified in Cox® Disc Decompression Adjustment & Manipulation in two spinal area and have a Cox 7 or 8 instrument/table.
- In 1992, Graduated Parker Chiropractic College (1989-1992). Finished 4 year "Doctorate of Chiropractic" in 3 years. President of the Sports Council on Chiropractic
- January 1993 - Virginia Board of Medicine licensed, began practicing in Herndon.
- Opened own Herndon practice in May 1997.
- Opened 2nd location of Poulin Chiropractic in Ashburn in 2006.

- Since 2002 - 24 years - Cox® Technic Lumbar Flexion/Distraction Decompression Certified
- Since 2016 - 10 years - Cox® Technic Cervical Flexion/Distraction Decompression Certified
- Since 2014 - Cox® Technic Hands-On Instructor chosen by the late Dr. James Cox, D.C.
- Involved in local community, local high school football teams and church activities.
- Member of the Herndon Chamber of Commerce and Herndon Arts Council.
- Fluent in French, knowledgeable in Spanish.
- When Dr. Poulin's off from work, he loves to spend time with his wife, family and his grand-son.
- He enjoys watching all the Washington D.C.pro teams: Commanders, Nationals, Capitals and United
- Dr. Poulin loves traveling as well.
