The protocols were started over 54 years ago by Dr. James M. Cox, D.C. in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Cox Technic protocols have evolved as clinical application demands and research studies dictate. We are proud to offer cutting-edge, 21st century, non-surgical spinal pain relief. According the American Chiropractic Association, over 60% of chiropractors say the have a Cox table or a version that has flexion/distraction but less than 5% of chiropractors are certified for their Cox Technic proficiency. There about approximately 18, Cox 7 tables and approximately three Cox 8 tables in the state of Virginia, our practice has two Cox 7 and a Cox 8 table.
